We offer multiple internships throughout the year that operate on a hybrid remote and in-person or full-time telework schedule. These internships are eligible for the department’s “Intern to Hire Program,” a flexible path from undergraduate internships to rewarding careers in the Department. Students who successfully complete a minimum three-month internship, demonstrate exceptional performance and professionalism, and meet all Auditor 1 minimum education and training requirements are expected to transition to a full-time Auditor 1 position.
  • The Pennsylvania Department of the Auditor General is the chief fiscal watchdog of the Commonwealth. It is responsible for using audits to ensure that taxpayer dollars are spent legally and properly.
